Nothing Really Mattress – June 30, July 1-2, 2016

Bedrooms are mundane – and thrilling. We spend endless hours sleeping in a bedroom, sharing our consciousness with pleasant dreams and terrifying nightmares. We experience the blossoming of love, the immediacy of sex, the destruction of relationships. We share secrets, we laugh, we cry, we hope and we regret. No other room holds such potential for drama and comedy, which is why playwrights have set so many of their works behind a bedroom door.

The Borderline Theatre Group is pleased to present five short plays that take us into the bedroom for an evening of intimacy and laughter. Works by Bruce Kane, Joe Godfrey, Mark Scharf, Mark Broun and Tom Kephart will be presented. We’re pleased to be able to present this collection, which we’ve titled “Nothing Really Mattress,” at The Barn Theatre in Port Sanilac, Michigan, on June 30th, July 1st and July 2nd, 2016.

The production will be directed by Tom Kephart.
